Shipping Methods:
Lucy + Company ships VIA USPS or UPS depending on the order size. Tracking information will be emailed after your item ships.
Returns and Exchanges
All items must be in unused/unwashed condition and postmarked back to be returned within 10 days of receiving your order. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees. Once the item has been sent back, in our possession and we have found to be in new condition we will issue your return minus cost of shipping.
You MUST email us at customerservice@ShopLucyCo.com BEFORE you ship your item back to ensure your return is received and processed correctly.
We accept exchanges up to 10 days after receiving your order. All items must be in unused/unwashed condition. Email us for a shipping label and include a note in the package with your order number and what you are exchanging it for. Once it is returned to our facility and is found to be in new condition, we will then replace your product. If your exchange is for a greater cost than what you paid you will then be invoiced for the difference. If your exchange is lower than your original cost, you will then be refunded the difference.
The style/size I want is sold out, will you be restocking?
Styles can sell out quickly! However, we try to restock as many sold out styles/sizes as possible. The best thing to do is sign up for a restock notification on the product page. You will get notified as soon as the style you are wanting is restocked!
Do you have a storefront?
As of right now we are only online but a storefront is a future goal for Lucy + Company.
When will I get my order?
We currently only ship to USA and Canada. In stock items ship within 4-8 business days. If you purchase a preorder item or an item that is coming soon, your order will ship as soon as our restocks come in. Please note, these are estimated delivery times. Some orders may arrive earlier or after these expected times.
What if my order is stuck in transit or lost in the mail?
Our company policy is that we will not send out a replacement or issue a refund or store credit for lost, stolen, or damaged items. However, please reach out to us as soon as possible if your order is lost. We will do whatever we can on our end to ensure you receive your purchased item.
My order says it was delivered but it hasn't arrived, what do I do now?
We use USPS and UPS to deliver our packages. Domestic orders usually take around 4-7 business days to be delivered once shipped and international orders can take around 10-15 days, depending on location.
Domestic orders are not determined lost until 20 days post shipment and international orders are not determined lost until 45 business days post shipment.
If your tracking number indicates that the package was "DELIVERED" but you have not received the package, please be patient. Some service providers scan the package as it enters their truck, others scan the package as it enters the mailbox. We recommend checking with neighbors, your local postal service provider, and your local post office to see if your package was misplaced. If after those 20 days (or 45 days for international orders), you still have not received the package, please let us know and we'll be sure to take care of you right away!
